Sale Items are final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded.

To be eligible for return or exchange, claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Items must also be unworn, undamaged, in original condition with tags and hygienic liners intact, and in original packaging. We can not process any items that are returned with bio-fluids, sunscreen, deodorant, lotions or stains of any kind present.  If stains are present, we will be unable to issue you a refund and the item will be returned to you. We do charge a Handling Fee for all Returns/Exchanges. The fee per location is $7 for US and $10 for Canadian returns/exchanges.  This will be subtracted from your refund total.  Please submit your return or exchange on our returns portal here.

We will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges on items for the following reasons: 

* Sale items are final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged (stained, torn, or otherwise) or is missing its original packaging and tags

* Due to hygienic reasons we cannot refund items that have had the hygienic liner removed and missing or reapplied

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Once you have submitted your claim, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes the return shipping address. Your return authorization will be valid for 28 days from the issued date. Any packages not shipped within the required timeframe, or not received in the condition they were shipped in, may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded to you, only the cost of the item.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-8 business days. If you are exchanging, the time it takes to ship and receive your product may vary based on your location.

In the case that your return is not approved, a member of our team will contact you.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not able to refund a lost item. 

We will replace any items with manufacturer’s defects, such as material or construction within 90 days of purchase. Please inspect all items before trying on and email us details of any defect before submitting your return claim at info@mai.shop. Please include photos and proof of purchase and/or order number. Items will be exchanged for the same style and size.

Canadian Orders:
