Our Return & Exchange Policy
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition with tags and hygienic liners intact, and in original packaging.
- Returns with stains, bio-fluids, sunscreen, deodorant, or lotions cannot be processed, you will not be refunded and the items will be returned to you.

Fees
A handling fee applies to all returns/exchanges: $7 for U.S. and $10 for Canadian locations, deducted from the refund total.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items (final sale).
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or hygienic liners.
- Items damaged, stained, or worn.
- Items returned after 30 days.
Process
- Submit your claim via our returns portal here: Returns/Exchanges Portal. You'll receive a confirmation email with the return shipping address.
- Return authorizations are valid for 28 days. Items not shipped within this timeframe or returned in unacceptable condition may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–8 business days after approval and applied to your original payment method or gift card if you so choose.
Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Use a trackable shipping service and consider insurance; we are not responsible for lost returns.

If your return is not approved, our team will contact you.
We will replace any items with manufacturer’s defects, such as material or construction within 90 days of purchase. Please inspect all items before trying on and email us details of any defect before submitting your return claim at info@mai.shop. Please include photos and proof of purchase and/or order number. Items will be exchanged for the same style and size.
